HTC Espresso Theme for iPod Touch

HTC’s Espresso update Sense UI brings some changes in the theme. I was able to port it to the iPod Touch. In the weather widget folder, edit configureme.js by opening it with notepad, and editing your city. Create 1 blank icon (iBlank) on the first screen, more if you want icons on the first screen. Get the 5 icon dock, and have the order of the icons like this: Safari, Blank, Music, Blank, Mail. Jailbreak needed (google it)

iPad, Whats Not to Like?

iPad, what can you expect from Apple. I know this is a little late, but I have been busy lately. So what is the iPad? As you can see, it is basically an inflated iPhone, but it is not as useful as you think.
Looks:
The nice looks are very great to the iPad, but the small icons pared with the giant screen does not strike me nice. The aluminum back and the sharp edges look great around the sides, but the buttons are net going to be easy to use. The aluminum backing is a lot better then the iPhone’s plastic backing or the iPods metal backing. They really made the iPad look more like a MacBook then any other Apple product. The slim design looks really good on it. It would look better with sharp edges and small borders around the screen.
Software:
All of the software is nice, especially the mail app. The bad thing about the software, is that you can’ really type and hold the device at the same time. They make it seem easy in the videos when everyone is sitting down with their legs up at an arch, but that is not always the case when you are using it. All you could really do to type while holding it is type one key at a time, this is not productive, and because of the weight, it is easy to drop the device because you need to put a finger on the front of the device, and there is not enough room for your finger to hold it, it is very easy to drop
And Another Thing…
I would not suggest get this without getting an iPod if you are going to listen to music. It is very unlikely and uncomfortable to shove this in your pocket and listen to music at the same time.
And Another Thing..
Even if you think that this is a very negative review, I would still get it if I could. This is very great for video, games, and web browsing. Because of the big screen, videos are very comfortable to watch on this screen. You might think that this would be a great eBook reader, but regular screens are bad for your eyes, and they irritate your eyes over a period of time. That is why they made e-paper technology for this reason. Games would be great on this device, but when you grip it, the jagged sides can hurt your hands, but this is not a very important to me. The biggest thing that grabs my attention is the web browser. Again the large screen is great for web browsing, and the smooth scrolling and nice web browsing is just great, and it is the same on my iPod. A big problem that I face is that there is no flash. For this I would rather go with an Android tablet instead.
All in all, this is a great device, I would recommend it, but I would wait until more features like microphone and GPS. Wait until it is better and cheaper, then buy it.

This new incredibly thin laptop starts at only $449. If I’m right, it is thinner than the thickest point of the MacBook air. Don’t expect to get much horsepower from the measly performance of the laptop, but you might want it sometime soon.MacBook Air Bested Again, This Time by Dell

Dells new Adamo XPS got a incredible feat and a recognizable name as worlds thinnest notebook. At only 9.99 millimeters, yes millimeters, it beats any laptop out there. This laptop has a crazy hinged screen and keyboard, and a swipe to open latch. The only downside to the swipe to open latch is that you can’t open it when the batteries dead. Dell did make a big mistake with the original Adamo, but this is something you want to look out for. Starting at $1,998. An innocuous iPhone worm has been transformed into a malicious bank details-stealing virus. The second recorded iPhone infection operates on exactly the same principles as the first, as it targets jailbroken handsets with SSH installed, but this time adds the ability for the hacker to remotely control and access the phone. By throwing up a purported ING Direct login page, he (or she, or they) can collect your online banking credentials and, presumably, all the cash they are supposed to protect. This afternoon, Apples iPod event they do every year released some new iPods. These are the new iPod Touch, Nano, and Classic. The Touch got a bump in speed and ram plus a new 64GB edition is up for grabs. the prices are $199 for 8GB, $299 for 32GB, and a whooping $399 for 64GB. The iPod’s design didn’t change, in fact it looks the same as its’ younger sibling. It will load apps quicker and run games smoother. The iPod Nano gets a bigger screen, and a camera. But there is a catch: the camera can only shoot video. The software makes it so that the camera can’t shoot pics because the camera was added to compete with the flip camcorders. The Classic only gets a 160GB space bump and no notable improvements.

iPod prices dropped by many today and the roomers are that they are releasing a new iPod touch today at apples summer rock and roll event. Get ready for something new today because who knows what they have in stock for us today.
iPhone os 3.0 is out

Yes the moment you have been all been waiting for. Peer to Peer, Bluetooth, GPS, Jailbreak coming Friday (sorry, did i say that?). Well it is out. Again it is out free for iphone owners, and 9.95 for ipod owners. Some new features that came out of the box is voice recorder. you need a microphone for this. Spotlight. you can search your iphone with this. I had a slight feeling of missing out on the jailbroken features of my 2.2.1 os. Yet i use only 7% of my jailbroken apps. I think you get to head to head face off with peer to peer on tap tap.
